Class Descriptions
Fundamentals BJJ
Perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their core techniques. This class focuses on the essential positions, movements, and submissions that form the foundation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Advanced BJJ
For practitioners with at least 6 months of consistent training. This class covers more complex techniques, transitions, and strategies to elevate your game to the next level.
Competition Training
Focused on preparing for tournaments with competition-specific drills, conditioning, and situational sparring. Open to all levels, but some experience is recommended.
Kids BJJ
Age-appropriate instruction for children ages 7-12, focusing on fundamental movements, self-defense, discipline, and fun. Classes emphasize respect, focus, and confidence-building.
Lunch Hour BJJ
A condensed 60-minute class designed to fit into your lunch break. Covers a mix of fundamentals and advanced techniques with an emphasis on efficient use of training time.
Open Mat
Unstructured training time where you can practice techniques, spar, or work on specific areas of your game. Instructors are available for questions and guidance.
Family BJJ
A special Sunday class where parents and children can train together. Learn self-defense and BJJ fundamentals while bonding as a family in a supportive environment.
